Shipping and delivery

Urban Titan serves customers in India only. Availability depends on the product, stock and delivery PIN code.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is currently configured as free in our store. The delivery charge shown at checkout applies to your order. We will not add a delivery charge after payment without your agreement.

Processing and delivery estimates

Catalogue items are fulfilled through our partners. Processing time varies by item and confirmed stock; not every item is made to order. Dispatch and transit estimates for some products are still being verified. Please contact us for an item-specific estimate before ordering if timing is important. We do not currently promise a universal dispatch or delivery period.

Personalised products, where explicitly offered, require production after the required details are received. A production estimate for one personalised product does not apply to the rest of the catalogue.

Order updates and tracking

We will share tracking when available after dispatch. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available resolution, including a refund for an unfulfilled prepaid item; we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Address and COD orders

Please provide an accurate address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Use the payment options shown at checkout. We may contact you to confirm a COD order. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery problems

Contact Urban Titan if tracking shows a problem, the parcel does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged. We will coordinate with the fulfilment partner or courier. See our returns and refund policy.
